A. Smid
Annemarie Smid is part of the DBS dystonia team since 1 July 2023.
I studied Technical Medicine from 2013-2020 at the University of Twente in Enschede. Thereafter, I started my PhD research on objectively measuring movement symptoms at the department of Neurosurgery at the UMCG. During this project, I was hired to take on the DBS-related care for dystonia patients as a Technical Physician.
