AGIKO fellowship Lisette Koens
Recently, Lisette Koens, was awarded with the so-called AGIKO fellowship. This fellowship enables her to combine her clinical training in neurology with a PhD trajectory.
The subject of her PhD will be the role of metabolic disorders in (eye) movement disorders and other neurological symptoms. By acquiring more insight in this relation it will be possible to better detect, and potentially treat, metabolic disorders in the neurological practice.
